What is a user?
A user is defined as one personalized email address (you@yourcompany). Group email aliases such as sales@yourcompany and support@yourcompany are free and don't count as additional users.
Do you offer email accounts?
Yes. You may purchase email accounts separately.
How do I buy and pay?
Choose plan above and complete the sign up form. Payment details will be requested when we call you shortly. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
What is the payment plan?
We offer a flexible payment plan. You can add and delete users at anytime. You are billed monthly. For more information on pricing, contact sales.
What is the rate for customers not on a service plan?
$168 per hour. Billed by the minute, 1 hour minimum.
Is there a call out fee for on-site work?
There is no call out fee for Business and Premium plans as on-site labour is included. But for the Solo Plan, travel time is billed at the hourly rate of $99 per hour.
What is your service area for on-site support?
